Where is our data hosted?

By default in the US (us-west-2, AWS).
Do you train AI models on our data?

Never. We have contractual no-train clauses with every model provider we use. Your scripts, storyboards, uploads and outputs are not used for model training under any circumstance.
Do you provide a DPA and MSA?

Yes. Standard DPA (GDPR Art. 28) and Master Service Agreement are available for review before signing. Custom redlines are welcome — most enterprise deals close in under two rounds with our legal team.
What does the 99.9% uptime SLA cover?

Calendar-month availability of the core platform (workspace, generation, export). Unplanned downtime beyond 0.1% triggers service credits per the SLA addendum. Live status and incident history at status.storyboarder.ai.
What billing terms do you support?

Annual invoicing with NET30 is standard for Enterprise contracts. We also accept purchase orders and can support quarterly billing on multi-year deals. Wire transfer, credit card and direct debit are all available.
What happens to our data if we leave?

You can export every project, storyboard, asset and animatic at any time during the term. After termination you have 30 days of read/export access. Deletion of customer data is available on written request.
